Today, I’m going to share with you a quick guide in order to clean and care for your faux leather white sofa, I’m sure that most of the information you are going to find here are going to help you not only make your wife faux leather sofa look great, but also stay as new for a very long time.
The first step we need to talk about is how to clean your white faux leather sofa.
It doesn’t require a lot of efforts and attention to do so; you just need the following tools:
- A dry cloth/a dry sponge
- A few drops of warm water
- A good faux leather conditioner
First, you need to get rid of any dirt or liquid stains on your white faux leather sofa with a dry cloth, then, using a dry sponge soaked with warm water, just a little, wipe gently.
When you are done, wipe with a little bit of leather conditioner, and this is going to make your white faux leather sofa look amazing and as new.
What about alcohol?
As mentioned in many of my previous posts, alcohol is the worst enemy when it comes to faux leather fabrics, and so is bleach cleaners, and whenever faux leather is exposed to such corrosive materials and chemicals, the first thing to do is to always use a few teaspoons of warm water and wipe the affected area with a dry sponge, then, apply a good faux leather conditioner to make it look as new.
And this is why I love faux leather so much, especially in sofas, it’s because it’s so easy to clean and it doesn’t absorb a lot of chemicals and stains.
Let’s talk now about how to maintain your faux leather white sofa in perfect condition.
To do so, you need two essential ingredients:
Saddle soap and a good faux leather conditioner.
And every three or six months, apply one of each ingredients, over the year, your white faux leather sofa is going to keep looking amazing and as new for a very long time.
