Let’s first talk about the most essential part of your faux leather bed, the frame!
When it comes to the structure, you should be very careful and do the following: whenever you start hearing hisses and strange noises, immediately dismount your bed and take it to the nearest upholstery maker or repair shop, it’s very important, and I don’t want you to repair your faux leather bad yourself, better leave this to a professional, it’s very important that you do this preventive measure as soon as you start hearing strange noises, because doing this will ensure that you keep using and enjoying your bed for a very long time.
In an upholstery shop, they will reinforce the framing, while applying the necessary glue and stitches to the parts that are causing issues and not solid enough.
Now, let’s talk about how to prevent cracks, peels, and damages to the faux leather fabric.
It’s very easy, from my experience; the best thing you can do is to apply a good faux leather conditioner.
Unfortunately, most people are going to use plain “leather” conditioners, in other words, they will use the wrong stuff!
Don’t do it, there are so many faux leather conditioners that are designed to treating this fabric the right way and nourishing it in order to keep it looking great over the years, and from my experience, the best one I’ve dealt with and used is by a brand called: Blue Magic.

Unfortunately, most users are going to start applying the faux leather conditioner only when they start noticing cracks and peels, don’t do it! Instead, use it while your bed still looks good, this way, you will keep its original texture and strength, and even much better, I advise you to apply a good faux leather conditioner once every six months.
