Indeed, the brown color is very susceptible to dirt and other stains, especially when you are dealing with such a “dirt magnet” fabric such as faux leather! That’s why I’m going to share with you one of the best techniques not only to clean a brown faux leather sofa, but to also maintain it looking amazing.
This technique relies on using a very simple ingredient: white vinegar.
Because your brown faux leather sofa is made out of this very “dirt attracting ” color, it’s very susceptible to stains and other issues and if you have kids at home, whenever they are playing with markers or pencils, your heart will start jumping and beating very fast because these things are very difficult to deal with and get rid of.

However, if you use white vinegar, using the techniques I’m going to share with you some few lines below, you will definitely get rid of most stains quite easily.
Just apply some few drops using a dry cleaning cloth, wipe very gently, and then expose your brown faux leather sofa to a flow of air, preferably, and open window or door during a sunny day, this will make it dry faster and will also get rid of as much smells in it as possible, but please, keep it away from sunlight and dust as much as possible during this process.
And you should also remember that vinegar is very powerful for getting rid of smells, so, if you have a pet at home, it will also help tremendously.
And if white vinegar doesn’t help, you can always use professional cleaners, and I highly recommend that you use this one: Blue Magic, it’s the one I use in my shop and it will always clean your brown faux leather sofa, but please, be careful, because if you apply too much, it can seriously damage the faux leather fabric permanently, just use the amount as indicated in the label and again, expose your sofa to a flow of air when you are done, this will help it dry and also absorbed the nutritious elements in the cleaner.
