I’ve been working with faux leather for a very long time of my life, and I know from practice that the brown color is not only very beautiful, but it’s also, unfortunately, very difficult to clean and especially when you are dealing with some nasty stains, such as wind, soda, and tea and coffee for example!
That’s why I’ve kept looking for the right products and ingredients in order to keep these things away from my customers’ brown faux leather futons.

At home, I don’t own a brown faux leather futon, I have a black one, and in my shop, I keep receiving brown ones all the time, they are not only very difficult to clean, but stains are extremely difficult to get rid of, it’s like they become very sticky once they come in contact with a brown faux leather fabric!
That’s why I’ve kept looking for the right product to apply just once every three or six months in order to create a thin layer to protect brown faux leather items from such problems, and I’m glad to say that I’ve found an amazing product.
It’s baby oil, and I highly recommend that you apply it every six months, it will give your faux leather futon an amazing look, shine, and it will also prevent stains from “sticking” to it.
And even when they happen, just take some few drops of warm water and wipe very gently with a soft cleaning cloth.
And here is what you should do:
Every six months, take your brown faux leather futon near an open window or door, wipe very gently using a soft paper tissue, in order to get rid of dust and other dirt particles, and then apply some few drops of baby oil and wipe very gently again with a clean cloth.
Of course, after you are done, leave it to dry near the open window or door until it has absorbed the oil completely, this way, you will prevent your brown faux leather futon from getting stained easily and next time you are cleaning it, you will definitely thank me.
